“Rag Rinse” Yoga: Exercise to Release Triceps / Upper Back
All you need is a kitchen rag!
In this yoga class, we did a “rag rinse” themed class, which signified rinsing out the old, dirty stuff and making room for the new. I really liked this exercise to release the triceps and upper back. Feel free to try it whenever you feel tension up there! ♡
Fun Fact: The triceps makes up approximately 60% of the mass of the upper arm!
