Why is it important to release the lower back?

As your body carries years of trauma, you may experience tension building up in your lower back. This tightness can impact your quality of life. Lower back pain and cramping might also extend into the pelvis, hips, and legs. By lengthening and extending the spine, you can alleviate the compression in your lower back!
